Cancellation policy

Your time is precious & when you book an appointment here at RJ beauty that time is held especially for you so out of courtesy to other clients, we would prefer 48 hours notice, however if your notice is not provided within 48 then regretfully this will be charged in full.

 

Polite notice: any appointments of a value of £80 or above require a 50% deposit to be made in advance.

Free Consultations

Free consultations are offered for all skin treatments with a £20 deposit which will then be redeemable against the treatment you book.

Patch tests

Your health & safety at RJ beauty is the main priority, therefore it is imperative to carry out patch tests prior to the following treatments:

​

• LVL Lash Lifts

• Lash & Brow tinting 

• Lash extensions 

 

This ensures you are not likely to have any adverse reaction & it complies with insurance policies. Treatments without a patch test will not go ahead.

An online form will be needed to be completed for patch tests prior to treatments. 

 

Late arrivals

Please note if you are late for your appointment, treatments may need to be shortened or amended. The charge for the original booking still applies. 

 

Gift vouchers

RJ gift vouchers make the perfect gift & can be used against any treatment or amount available from the menu. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. They are available here or at R J Beauty.
